This collection is my first in years.  Using internal emotions, I used the canvas to break out of the chains that were clouding my mind.  The darkness represented needed to be released.  Interpret at your leisure.

Using a greyscale colour palette, I was able to play and create with shadows and textures.  I just did what felt right, and its expanded my mind to further my expressions.

Colour was initially daunting for me.  As I played with textures, I wanted more from them.  As my emotional darkness subsided, my foray into colour came naturally.  My creations are very mood dependant and emotionally driven.
